Hosting

Google Services & Third-Party Providers
We use various services from Google (Analytics, Maps, Fonts, ReCaptcha) as well as Facebook Social Plugins based on our legitimate interests in the analysis, optimization, and economic operation of our online offering.
Please note that when accessing these services, data may be transferred to the respective providers. Information regarding options to object (opt-out) can be found in the respective privacy policies of the providers (e.g., Google Privacy Policy).
Data Protection at RESERVISION
For table reservations, the restaurant Cafe Madrid utilizes the technology of RESERVISION GmbH. Please refer to their separate privacy policy, which is linked during the reservation process.
Erasure of Data
Data is erased in accordance with Articles 17 and 18 GDPR (DSGVO) as soon as it is no longer required for its intended purpose and no statutory retention obligations (e.g., 6 years under the German Commercial Code - HGB or 10 years under the German Fiscal Code - AO) prevent such erasure.
