Hosting

The hosting services we utilize serve the purpose of providing infrastructure, database services, and security services. In doing so, we process inventory, contact, content, contractual, usage, meta, and communication data based on our legitimate interests in an efficient and secure provision of our online offering pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR (DSGVO).

Google Services & Third-Party Providers

We use various services from Google (Analytics, Maps, Fonts, ReCaptcha) as well as Facebook Social Plugins based on our legitimate interests in the analysis, optimization, and economic operation of our online offering.

Data Protection at RESERVISION

For table reservations, the restaurant Cafe Madrid utilizes the technology of RESERVISION GmbH. Please refer to their separate privacy policy, which is linked during the reservation process.

Erasure of Data

Data is erased in accordance with Articles 17 and 18 GDPR (DSGVO) as soon as it is no longer required for its intended purpose and no statutory retention obligations (e.g., 6 years under the German Commercial Code - HGB or 10 years under the German Fiscal Code - AO) prevent such erasure.
